Lawer can offer three different types of system, depending on the needs of the company: SUPERCOLOR ID-TAG, COS-LAB and TD-MATIC.
SUPERCOLOR ID-TAG is a fully automatic weighing system, which enables safe and clean preparation of powder recipes. The system consists of a series of independent storage silos, 150 l or of 300 l. Each silo is equipped with an efficient combined screw/vibration dispensing device (Lawer patent), which allows the powder to be dispensed quickly and precisely. Loading/unloading is monitored by the ID-TAG system. The system is protected by a box, which guarantees complete isolation of the system and safe use in case of toxic powder. An efficient suction/filtering device ensures maximum safety of use and a clean working environment.
TD-MATIC is a laboratory system that weighs and dissolves small amounts of powder, preparing solutions for dispensing in laboratory and production machines.

COS-LAB is an automatic and compact system for the preparation of creams, used in dyeing tests on synthetic or natural hair strands. The machine automatically weighs powders to the tenth of a thousandth of a gram. The glasses with the prepared creams are automatically made available to the operator in the parking lot, which can accommodate up to 6 glasses.

SUPERCOLOR ID-TAG è un sistema di pesatura completamente automatico, che consente una preparazione sicura e pulita di ricette in polvere. L’impianto è costituito da una serie di silos di stoccaggio indipendenti, standard da 150 l o doppi da 300 l. Ogni silo è dotato di un efficiente dispositivo di erogazione combinato coclea/vibrazione (brevetto Lawer), che permette di erogare la polvere in modo rapido e preciso. Il carico/scarico è monitorato dal sistema ID-TAG. Il sistema è protetto da un box, che garantisce il completo isolamento dell’impianto e un utilizzo sicuro in caso di polveri tossiche. Un efficiente dispositivo di aspirazione/filtraggio garantisce la massima sicurezza di utilizzo e un ambiente di lavoro pulito.
TD-MATIC è un sistema di laboratorio che pesa e scioglie piccole quantità di polvere, preparando soluzioni da erogare in macchine da laboratorio e produzione.

COS-LAB è un sistema automatico e compatto per la preparazione di creme, utilizzato nelle prove di tintura su ciocche di capelli sintetici o naturali. La macchina esegue automaticamente la pesatura delle polveri al decimo di millesimo di grammo. I bicchieri con le creme preparate vengono automaticamente messi a disposizione dell’operatore nel parcheggio, che può ospitare fino a 6 bicchieri.
